Sami and Mark’s journey began over a decade ago when they met while working at an agency. What started as a friendship blossomed into an exciting business collaboration, leading to the creation of their first book, "4-Gen Leadership."

Together, they harness their unique perspectives and experiences to inspire others through this innovative work. Join them on this adventure as they explore leadership across generations!

MARK WHITE

Mark White is an award-winning leader, author, and consultant. He was previously the superintendent of the Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools in Gahanna, Ohio and helped lead the international department of the Beijing National Day School in Beijing, China.

Mark has been a member of the Dell Platinum Advisory Council, was nominated to be a Summer Fellow at Vanderbilt University, and has coached and trained thousands of professionals across America. He is known for promoting transformative mindsets and helping leaders understand disruptions and how they are resetting the social and work landscapes in the 2020's.

Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree of Music with a Minor inEnglish from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master's Degree in Education Administration from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. He currently resides in Naples, Florida.

SAMI SCARPITTI

Sami Scarpitti has built her career in sales, marketing, and corporate training. She takes pride in creating and delivering world-class adult education for Fortune 50 companies and many other diverse organizations that create real change within their company culture and independent employee successes.

She has consulted with numerous companies on their sales and marketing strategies and led keynotes and interactive workshops on topics like workforce transformation, digital-first mindsets, personal branding, adopting social media in the workplace, emerging leader skills, and business strategy.

She is a graduate of the University of Toledo and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Edward H. Schmidt School of Professional Sales program. Sami is an Ohio native and currently lives in Dublin, Ohio.
